SEX, DRUGS AND HUMAN SACRIFICE
I watched Human Sacrifice – Sex and
Death, in the early hours of Sunday morning on one of the
Discovery channels.
I couldn’t find much reference to it on the web, and
my memory is a bit hazy, but one particular form of sacrifice
stuck in my mind.
Under correction, this was practiced around
1000 BC by the Celts in what is today known as Denmark.
It involved a young and virile man being
led into the forest.
There he would be met by a beautiful young woman.

I am not sure whether she is
human or a goddess or both.
She would let the male drink a concoction
that contained ergot.
Ergot is a fungus that grows on rye and related plants,
and contains high concentrations of the alkaloid ergotamine,
a complex molecule consisting of a tripeptide-derived cyclol-lactam
ring connected via amide linkage to Lysergic acid.
Ergot alkaloids have a wide range of biological activities
including effects on circulation and neurotransmission.
In simple English, this means that ergot
has the same effect on the human brain as LSD, causing hallucinations,
and the same effect on the male sex organ as viagra, resulting
in an erection through improved circulation.
The maiden-cum-goddess would then straddle
the male and have sex with him.
At the height of his sexual climax, as he reached orgasm,
she would slit his throat with a dagger.
Sex, Drugs and Human Sacrifice.
Thank goodness we discovered rock and roll.

BIZARRE RABBIT CRUSH FETISH:
People are weird. I know that. But just how weird they are never
ceases to amaze me. Disgust me.
I’m almost too disgusted to post this on my site.
Well, there is no reasonable point,
except maybe to further nurture and spread a healthy disgust
for how sick human beings are capable of being.

RECIPE FOR SEAFOOD PAELLA:
Before we rush into the kitchen to cook, let’s clear up
the pronunciation thing.
It is pronounced pah-el-ya, but the first L is pronounced in
a rather complicated way where the tongue does not actually
touch the pallet. So it sounds closer to pah-eh-ya.
Got it?
Let’s

CANDICE BOUCHER IN PLAYBOY: South

Guess Jeans, has created quite stir when she was featured on
the cover of Playboy this month with an ‘Undressed in
Africa’ nude pictorial inside.
Playboy magazine no doubt appreciates the increased sales.

CONFUSE THEIR TONGUES AND RULE:
I often bitch about the fact that we have eleven official languages
in SA, claiming that it a sure-fire way to ensure that we never
understand each other and a powerful deterrent to racial harmony
and a united nation.
I had no idea that Nelson Mandela and the ANC were simply following
a divine strategy to remain in power well into the future.

2OUENSVIBE: WORK IS A HOLIDAY.
LIVE THE SIDELINE: I emerged slowly, irritably,
from a troubled sleep, to the incessant beeping of my cellphone.
Seventeen ‘please call me’s’ from the angels
in Koeberg Road.
I knew instinctively what this meant.
TBG sighting!

THE ROOT OF THE DUMB BLONDE THEORY:
Curious as to the origin of the ‘Dumb
Blonde’ theory, I went on an online investigative rampage.
The explanation that makes the most sense has its roots in ancient
times. It also explains quite a few other popular theories about
blondes
