ANNELIE BOTES – BRAVE OR JUST PLAIN STUPID

Some call her ‘brave’ while others call for her to leave the country, and a prominent constitutional law expert at UCT wrote ‘We all know now that this is not an aberration. These sentiments are rife and are supported either tacitly or more loudly by many white South Africans.’

Author and columnist Annelie Botes last week told Rapport newspaper in an interview that she did not like black people.
She went on to explain “If black people are hungry, why don’t they, like in the old days, break in, steal the fridge and walk away? I know where their anger comes from. It has fok all to do with apartheid. They are angry because of their own incompetence.”

It’s a pity that Annelie did not read the article that I wrote exactly a year ago.
If she had, she would not have had reason to now try to explain that she is not a racist and that she should rather have said ‘I don’t like some black people.’

Unlike me and unfortunately for Annie, she is not as well balanced as I am.

Look, we all know that today it is virtually impossible to find a white South African that voted for the Apartheid regime back then.
I don’t blame them.
Admitting to it, and even worse, making public statements like ‘I don’t like black people’ today is just plain stupid.

But I can see how Annelie erred.
Blacks are the majority in South Africa, and that’s why it seems that there are more stupid, ignorant, arrogant, aggressive black troglodytes around than white coloured or Indian stupid, ignorant, arrogant, aggressive troglodytes.

Bottom line Annelie……
You are one - and you are not the only one - of the stupid, ignorant, arrogant, aggressive white troglodytes, and...... I don’t like you.

But don’t take this as a racist remark.
It has nothing to do with the fact that you are white.
I know where your anger comes from. It has fok all to do with apartheid. You are angry because of your own incompetence.
