Even basics such as respect, compassion,
friendships and family ties are not what they used to
be, and although I lamented the facts, I reluctantly
accepted that ‘the times they are a-changing.’
I even tried very hard to come to grips with the changes
and to adapt my own code to move with the times.
That stops right here and now.
There is no way that I am going to have
my food served in a mini toilet and my dessert served
in a mini urinal.
The chain, that originally started in
Taiwan before moving to Hong Kong, serves its food in
miniature toilet bowls, urinals or sinks while customers
sit on toilets for seats and are surrounded by pieces
of bathroom plumbing fashioned into tables and lighting.
Call me ol’ skool if you like,
but I will stick to having my food served on plates
and my ice-cream in a dessert bowl. while I listen to
music played on real music instruments.
