TUMBLE DRYER THIEF IN USA
A teenage resident had a fright when he returned home during the afternoon to discover an intruder in his house, drying his laundry.
The 19-year-old man - who hasn't been named - came in through his front door and confronted the hooded man.
The intruder quickly grabbed his clothes from the dryer and fled the building in Boynton Beach.
He caused $20 worth of damage to the patio door screen - which he had broken into.

DIRTY PRISONERS IN CANADA
Inmates in a Canadian jail were forced to wear old, stained underwear.
An official investigation into the treatment of prisoners at the Edmonton Remand Centre in Canada has concluded their human rights had been abused and they had been treated inhumanely.
As well as dirty pants, the inmates - who were locked in a two-person cell for 18 to 21 hours a day - were forced to sleep in lice-infested beds.

MUMMIFIED ON TV IN BRITAIN
A British TV company is searching for a terminally ill patient to donate their body to be mummified.
Independent production company Fulcrum TV have placed adverts in order to find a person willing to give their deceased body as part of a documentary on the ancient Egyptian embalming process.

DEADLY DRIVER IN JAPAN
A Japanese woman drove home with the body of an 80-year-old lady lodged on her windscreen.
Michiko Sato is believed to have knocked into the elderly woman before driving the four miles home with her stuck to the car.
She has been arrested on charges of causing a deadly traffic accident and fleeing the scene.
Sato - who was not under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident - faces up to 17 years in prison or a fine of up $23,736 if convicted.
