In my career, I have had
the opportunity of meeting and working with many
international superstars.
I have personally
shared a stage with Eric Clapton and Joan Armatrading.
While with EspAfrika I worked with the likes of
Erykah Badu, George Duke, Aldi Meola, Stanley Clark,
Roberta Flack and many more.
I personally produced a show with Spyro Gyra while
working at the Galaxy.
Then, during my stint at Atmospheer, We
hosted Fatboy Slim, Tiesto and Paul van Dyk.
I have also hosted parties for the likes of Quincy Jones,
Leonardo Di Caprio, Snoop Dog and Kanye West.

In my entire career, I have never met
an artist that is so arrogantly full of himself as Kanye
West.
When he arrived at the venue with his
entourage, about two hours late, they looked no different
from the local thugs who would have been barred from the
club.
He then demanded that the entire mezzanine floor of the
venue be emptied out for him.
This mezzanine accommodates about 600people.
He then refused to pose for photographs
with his adoring fans, refused pointblank to mingle with
the crowd and refused to address them in any manner.
He stayed on the mezzanine with his entourage and devoured
the Hennessey XO, Courvoisier and Crystal that he had
demanded in his ‘party rider’, before leaving
unceremoniously an hour later.
I was not surprised at all to hear about
the asshole supreme who openly proclaims ‘I hate
white people’ storming the stage in a possibly drunk
state to interrupt Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech
at the 2009 MTV Music Video Awards.
He grabbed the mic out her hand and announced that Beyonce,
and not Swift, should have won the award for best female
video.
